Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the U.S.

How much is shipping?

Free for most products, with the exception of Filament. Shipping costs for filament will be calculated during checkout.

How long do shipments take?

We will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes between 1 and 5 days.

Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds on incorrect or damaged items. We may ask that you return the items in order to receive a refund. If we require a return, we will provide a return shipping label.
